Got pet door for our patio screen door. Wonderful product excellent quality and instructions for installing went great! Highly recommend! Customer service was great too, messed up on my shipping address and was able to contact them right away to correct it

We ordered a large dog door to accommodate our big mastiffs - very happy with the purchase! It arrived quickly, was relatively easy to set up, packaged extremely well, and the quality of the whole door is amazing. One of the best purchases we have ever made!

I ordered a doggie door 8 years ago, and needed some replacement parts. I was able to chat with Leroy on Sun., he was able to look up my original order & give me an immediate quote on my replacements. I was contacted about a minute later by a sales rep who confirmed my order & took my credit card number. This was all so quick and easy! Could not be happier with the service I received!

Excellent service, excellent products! My husband and I purchased our wall mount Security Boss dog door almost 20 years ago. With the exception of replacing the flap every 5 years or so, it has been completely problem free- even after being relocated from one area of the house to another. Finally after nearly 20 years and MANY pets, and some really heavy duty use, we need to replace the exterior frame. Couldn't ask for a better product or company!

The door is excellent. Prompt delivery. I live in Alaska. Well insulated and keeps the cold outside. Easy install. It just pops right in the slider. Excellent customer service as while I was deciding which door from which company I was going to purchase, the customer service was very helpful with questions that I had and even suggested to me another company to look at. That's very impressive. My dog is 12 pounds and very timid. I tossed treats through the door a couple of times and he was trained. He easily pushes through the double flaps which was my number one concern after insulation. Great company and great product.

I love the dog door that fits perfectly in my sliding door! This was the only company I found that had a variety of sizes. Other companies had only two sizes to choose from that that did not fit. The order came in perfect condition and installation was so easy. I did it myself! It came with clear instructions and I am so pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Such great customer service! We ordered the wrong door for our dogs and figured it out just before it shipped. I called up and within 15 minutes, they had changed my order to the correct door (no restocking fee or change order for), was charged only for the difference for the door, and had a ship date for the new door. Once it arrived, it's exactly what we needed. Well built and worth the price! UPDATE- 4 years later and it's still in perfect shape! Only hurricane winds can move the flaps and they wash clean easily after our muddy dogs rub against them. This is one well built dog door!

Love you guys! After leaving a message on a weekend, got a call back within the hour. You were able to find my custom order from 7 years ago and match the flaps to my wall mount, double door. Even called me again to double check. Arrived in just a few days, and my girls can use their door again! Thanks!

Ya'll - this is the greatest thing ever! We needed a pet door upstairs because our dog kept using the cat door in the garage. We really didn't want to replace the doors but after an extensive search, I was able to find Moore Pet Supplies! Not only was it very reasonable, it fit perfect, was so easy to install and looks great! Tinky (and the cats) are loving it! Highly recommend this company!

Shyann was far and above one of the best customer service reps of a company that I ever dealt with. I had some problems with the cat door that was recently installed. Shyann contacted me the same day I wrote about the problem I had with the cat door. I received a call and email that was full of information but I decided to call. I was able to speak directly with Shyann about the problem. She gave me the advice I needed to resolve the problem. Shyann was so friendly and knowledgeable. It is so reassuring that there are companies that still provide excellent customer service . Thank you.
